Celebrate the new year with us at Villa Källhagen

Check-in in the afternoon and start the stay with a lovely walk at Royal Djurgården or hang out in the hotel room for a relaxing moment before dinner, if you would rather hang out in the lounge, you can order delicious drinks at the bar.

- Starter:                        Cured cod loin, trout roe, rouille, grated Parmesan
                                       Vegetarian alternative: Cured zucchini, seaweed caviar, garden cress, whipped miso crème

- Intermediate course: Skagen mix with lobster and langoustine, fried brioche, Kalix bleak roe, Oscietra caviar, lemon
                                       Vegetarian alternative: White asparagus cream, fried porcini mushrooms, grated truffle pecorino

- Main course:                Butter-fried Swedish beef tenderloin, baked foie gras, port wine sauce, potato gratin, truffle pesto
                                         or
                                      Lightly grilled halibut, crayfish jus, gratinated Västerbotten cheese galette, butter-fried scallop, charred Viken tomato
  
                                       Vegetarian alternative: Tomato-roasted creamy risotto, Parmesan foam, shaved winter truffle, grilled porcini mushrooms

- Dessert:                     A variation of almond and cherry – almond mousse, cherry compote, crispy base, and fresh berries

At twelve o’clock we celebrate the new year together on the terrace, with a fantastic view of the Djurgårdsbrunn canal and the Nordic Museum.
